Download Portable WinSnap Online (0.6 MB) 01/04/14
In first screen enter: 4.5.6
Extract and run WinSnapPortable.
If you don't want Screenshots in Portable folder, edit WinSnapPortable.ini.
Settings of installed WinSnap should be preserved.
